The Granite Grill in Richmond, Virginia, is hiring part-time and full-time dishwashers to join the opening kitchen team of this highly anticipated, new full-service restaurant! We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is an entry-level position, however, dishwashers are essential to the success of the restaurant and help deliver exceptional service by:

• Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dish area and kitchen
• Following proper sanitation and food safety procedures
• Assisting kitchen staff by providing clean and ready equipment
• Supporting the team with additional cleaning and organizational tasks as needed

What we are looking for

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Must be 17 years of age, able to lift up to 30lbs, and able to stand/move about the kitchen for the duration of the shift
