DISHWASHER

One Lincoln Park in Dayton, OH is looking to hire a full-time Dishwasher to work in the kitchen at our premier retirement community. This role is essential in providing service to our residents. In addition to utilizing equipment to clean all dishes, cookware, and utensils, this position also focuses on cleanliness, ensuring all trash items are properly removed, mops and sweeps kitchen area, and ensures all department safety and quality procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate is experienced in working in a professional kitchen environment, dependable, and works well in a fast-paced team environment.

This kitchen support position earns a competitive wage of $14.00 per hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISHWASHER As a dishwasher, you serve our residents by ensuring clean dinnerware, kitchen utensils, and orderliness of the kitchen. You operate all machinery in a safe and sanitary manner and are looking for ways to let your attention to detail shine. Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment, and you know how to plan and stay on top of your tasks. You communicate effectively with your team and our residents, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect. Your satisfaction comes from gaining kitchen experience while serving our residents.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DISHWASHER

• At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience; or relevant work experience


• Ability to work well in a team environment


• Strong attention to detail


• Dependable


• Strong ability to follow departmental safety and quality guidelines

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A DISHWASHER

This full-time position works from 12pm-8pm, days will vary with weekend and holiday availability.
