You’ll work alongside a supportive food and beverage team in a fast-paced restaurant environment with opportunities to learn, grow and build your hospitality experience.

What You’ll Do

• Wash and properly sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dishwashing and kitchen areas
• Keep cooks and service teams stocked with clean dishes and equipment
• Remove trash and maintain designated waste and recycling areas
• Clean floors, work surfaces and kitchen equipment as assigned
• Properly use and store cleaning chemicals according to safety standards
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties
• Follow all sanitation, food safety and workplace safety procedures
• Support the kitchen team wherever needed during busy service periods
• Help maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct supervisor, Executive Chef/Owner

• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to follow directions and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Previous restaurant or stewarding experience preferred, but not required
