Dishwasher

• Maintain and clean all units and equipment according to local and hospital required food safety standards.
  


• Wash dishes and put them away and sanitize using the correct chemicals and the correct water temperatures.
  


• Break down food carts as instructed and run dishes through machine, and ensure the tray line has enough dishes for patient service before meal period.
  


• Empty grease traps and dispose of oil.
  

Requirements

• Experience washing dishes in a restaurant or hospital. 
  


• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
  


• Ability to lift/push/pull 25 pounds.
  


• Ability to work12 hour shifts.
  


• Must be able to obtain proof of immunization records.
  


• Ability to work weekends.
  


• Pass all pre-employment screening including background screen and drug tests.
