Dishwasher & Prep Cook

 The Firehouse Restaurant, Sacramento's most award-winning fine dining restaurant, is looking for an experienced Dishwasher to join our team.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year of work experience preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food preparation techniques.
• Knowledge of all kitchen cleaning supplies and chemicals and their uses required.
• Knowledge of basic dish machine operations.
• Food Handlers Certification required.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• This position will spend 100% of the time standing.
• Must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly.
• Be able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment.
• Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time.
