We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Dish machine operator you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation duties to maintain a clean and organized environment

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely service

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Kendell, Jason, Rose, and Patrick have over 100 years of combined experience in the operation of restaurants and catering across Arizona. The group also owns and manages The Mobile Bistro and the Tohono Chul Garden Bistro. The Mobile Bistro is a catering company focused on providing daily meals to behavioral health, assisted living, and rehabilitation facilities.
