Job Title: Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and assisting with food preparation tasks. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed during service

- Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
