Who We Are

Palm Aire Country Club is a private, member-owned club in beautiful Sarasota, Florida where tradition matters, teamwork is valued and people genuinely enjoy coming to work. Our members aren’t just members, they’re family and our staff is a big part of what makes this place special.

With vibrant tennis, pickleball, padel, swimming, dining and social events (and yes, two great golf courses too), Palm Aire is one of the most active clubs in the Sarasota area. We’re close to downtown, near the beaches and right by University Town Center, pretty hard to beat.

About the Position

We’re looking for a Daytime Dishwasher who takes pride in keeping the kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a steady, full-time role with daytime hours, perfect for someone who likes structure, teamwork and going home knowing they crushed it.I f you enjoy staying busy, being part of a culinary team and working in a clean, respectful environment, you’ll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

• Keeping dishes, pots, pans and flatware clean, sanitized and ready to go 
• Cleaning kitchen equipment like mixers, coffee machines and prep tools
• Unloading and organizing deliveries
• Sweeping and mopping to keep work areas spotless
• Taking out trash and keeping waste areas clea 
• Jumping in to support the team when needed

• Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
• Strong time management skills and the ability to keep things moving
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable operating and monitoring a commercial dishwashing machine
• Physically able to bend, reach, stoop, climb and move at a steady pace
• Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and a commitment to food safety standards
