Dishwasher/Steward

Next Generation Recruitment & Staffing is looking for reliable, hard-working Stewards to join our team at a top hotel property in Chicago. If you take pride in a clean kitchen and move with purpose, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots & pans using commercial dishwashing equipment


• Keep kitchen, dish pit, and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and stocked


• Support the culinary team by ensuring clean dishware is always ready for service


• Handle trash removal, floor cleaning, and general sanitation duties


• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

What we're offering:

• 💵 $25/hourly

What we're looking for:

• Previous stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen experience a plus (not required — we'll train the right person)


• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs


• Team player with a strong work ethic


• Reliable transportation & dependable attendance


• Must be able to work nights, weekends & holidays as needed
