Job Description:

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Assistant to support daily dispatch operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating schedules, communicating with drivers or field s, and ensuring that all operations run efficiently and on time. . 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling and dispatching drivers, technicians, or field staff


• Monitor daily routes and ensure timely completion of assignments


• Communicate with team members to provide updates, instructions, and support


• Track shipments, deliveries, or service calls and update system records


• Respond to customer inquiries regarding status and scheduling


• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred


• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service is a plus


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
