LifeLine Ambulance is looking for a strong candidate to join our Dispatch Team to interact in a professional manner with patients, customers, coworkers, vendors and other company personnel to help complete dispatch and some functions of billing.
JOB FUNCTIONS
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess strong computer based skills that include knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suite programs.
Education/Experience:
High School diploma or GED required. Good clerical skills, including filing, typing, computer and basic office equipment use. Excellent customer service skills and skills in obtaining, researching, clarifying and exchanging information preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
Training/certification opportunities provided.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
We offer a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees which offers:

Compensation: $20-$22/hour depending upon experience.
Bilingual skills are highly preferred.
Position is office based with an alternating schedule of one week being three 12-hour shifts and the following week being four 12 hour shifts. The shift schedule is 2200-1000 or 1000-2200.
