Dispatch Coordinator

Westaff is looking for a Dispatcher Coordinator in the Wrentham, MA area for Immediate Start!

Location: Wrentham, MA

Shift: Monday-Friday Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Training Period: Must be available to train on the afternoon shift (2:30 PM to 9:00 PM) for approximately one week

Pay Rate: $18/hour

This position plays a key role in coordinating shipments, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring daily operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and dispatch daily shipments and deliveries

Communicating with drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers

Monitor shipment status and resolve scheduling issues

Enter and update shipment information in company systems

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a professional manner

Support daily warehouse and transportation operations

Qualifications:

Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or warehouse experience preferred

Strong computer skills required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Reliable attendance and punctuality
