The Company: Willis Klein Locksmithing & Security is a trusted third-generation expert in residential lock installation and door hardware and is known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike.

• Our Key Shop provides residents with in-store lock repair services, key replacement and other key and lock services.   

The Position: We’re looking for Dispatchers. The pay range we’re offering is $18 - $22 depending on experience.

Requirements:

- Must be a team player

- Must have great attention to detail

- Must be able to work well with others

- Must be on time and ready to work at the beginning of each shift

- Must be able to follow direction without complaint and respectfully offer feedback or suggestions on improvements.

- Ability to multi-task and/or change tasks with little to no notice as business dictate

Responsibilities:

- Take customer calls

- Schedule Service Technicians

- Problem solving and customer issue trouble shooting

- Create Bids for customers

- Create Service Tickets

- Finalize Invoices and accept customer payments

The Location: Willis Klein Locksmithing & Security is based in Louisville, Kentucky.
