Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operations, team collaboration, and driving results? Bonfe is seeking a Dispatch Assistant Manager to help lead our high-performing dispatch team to the next level of excellence.

About the Role:

As the Dispatch Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our field operations run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Dispatch Manager, you’ll drive performance through key KPIs, support a strong team culture, and help align dispatch activities with Bonfe’s revenue and service goals.

 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire the dispatch team to exceed performance metrics.


• Conduct 1:1s and L10 meetings to provide coaching, address challenges, and support team development.


• Collaborate across departments (Service, Sales, Accounting) to keep operations flowing smoothly.


• Use ServiceTitan to track and improve dispatch efficiency and effectiveness.


• Identify and solve operational challenges with a proactive mindset.


• Foster open, transparent communication across the organization.

 What You Bring:

• Proven leadership experience.  4+ years managing People


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in ServiceTitan or other dispatch software (or a strong willingness to learn).


• A track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.


• Analytical thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset.
