Dispatch Service Coordinator

Description

Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. is a state-wide provider of skilled trade services. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Service Coordinator to support our dispatch operations by processing client communications and service requests. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll manage incoming emails and calls, create and update work orders, and ensure timely communication with technicians in the field.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and process incoming service requests via email and phone
• Perform accurate and timely alpha-numeric data entry into our work order system
• Create and update service work orders in response to client needs
• Communicate work orders to the dispatch and management teams 
• Provide professional and helpful customer service to clients and internal teams
• Assist with additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
• Strong time-management skills
• Must possess accurate data entry skills with the ability to type 35WPM with no errors
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Construction knowledge in plumbing, electrical or construction is desired but not required
