Dispatch Specialist

Cake Mortgage is looking for individuals who are capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The Dispatch Specialist will be responsible for handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls from potential borrowers, addressing any inquires in clear and concise manner, and transferring calls to the appropriate parties. As the first point of contact for Cake Mortgage, professionalism, clear communication skills and excellent customer service is of the utmost importance.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service to our clients
• Deliver timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor leads from various sources (online inquiries, inbound/outbound calls, voicemails, and emails) to ensure all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner  
• Address any questions or concerns from clients 
• Perform other duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous mortgage experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment 
• Experience with Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Previous experience working in a call center environment (preferred)
