Job Summary

Mosaic Technologies is growing, and we are looking to add a Dispatch Supervisor to our team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations, supervising dispatch staff, and ensuring efficient technician scheduling to meet business demands. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a regular full-time position located in our main Cameron Office.

Essential Functions (including but not limited to)

• Supervise and mentor dispatch staff, providing training and performance feedback


• Oversee daily service order assignments and technician scheduling


• Monitor workload distribution and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency


• Analyze dispatch metrics and identify areas for improvement


• Resolve escalated customer and technician issues


• Collaborate with Field Operations, CNOC, Sales, and Finance teams


• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies


• Participate in dispatch queue activities including appointment scheduling and follow-ups

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant coursework. Experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of education.


• Minimum of 3 years of dispatch or operations coordination experience


• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch systems


• Dependability to the company, co-workers, and customers
