What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule service calls for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and field staff
- Prioritize and assign jobs to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain accurate records in our dispatching and scheduling software
- Handle real-time changes and troubleshoot scheduling issues as they arise
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Strong attention to detail – nothing slips through the cracks
- Previous dispatching or office coordination experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
