Requirements

 · Proven experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a similar role, preferably in the HVAC or service industry.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with technicians and customers.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Proficiency in scheduling software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Problem-solving ability to handle scheduling conflicts and customer inquiries efficiently.

· Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a plus.

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a bonus.
