Dispatcher

The role of Dispatcher serves as a crucial link between our residential service technicians and customers, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of home service appointments. This position requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Dispatcher is responsible for optimizing technician routes, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring that service requests are handled promptly and efficiently, all of which contribute to overall customer satisfaction and operational success. The Shift we are looking to fill is Tuesday-Saturday.
