Dispatcher

Our business is growing, and we are adding a dispatcher to add to our Dallas team. The dispatcher is responsible for maximizing scheduling opportunities with our call center team for customers from our big box client by phone. We pride ourselves in our quality teams and people. Come join our team!

The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment. This candidate must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action needed with little supervision while working well with all employees, sub-contractors and associates from our retail client ~ all working together to provide seamless customer service.

The successful candidate will act as a point of communication, receiving and dispatching orders for products and installations. We are a small company relying heavily on teamwork, flexibility, and the cohesiveness of our team. We work hard and we make the work fun!

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and dispatching service installations
• Support field teams with equipment, information, and by helping resolve issues
• Respond to inquiries about the status of installations
• Prioritize and organize jobs according to urgency, plumber skillset, and geographic market
• Route scheduling
• Maintain update logs and records as needed
• Resolve escalated customer issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with basic computer skills and data entry
• Proficient communication skills (oral and written)
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Sound judgment and critical thinking
• Ability to work well under pressure
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Candidates must have open availability to work shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, as well as 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on rotating Saturdays. Flexibility to cover varying shift times is essential to meet operational needs.
