Description

American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company, and we are currently looking for a Warehouse Admin in the Jackson, MS area. If you’re looking for a great job with a consistent schedule and weekly pay, then you have come to the right place.

Duties for the night dispatch:
Verifying drivers leave on time for route.

Verifying driver has all paperwork/keys/etc. to complete route.

Answer questions when drivers call in with issues. 

Troubleshoot.

Email customer when driver runs into issues either store related or delivery issue.  

Min reporting

Available to assist with load out when needed. 

Requirements: 

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize duties
• Needs to be flexible, reliable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
• Adaptable
• Proficient with basic computer skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel, Etc.
• Fast learner
• Comfortable with face to face/ phone interactions
• Flexible 
• Ability to independently stay on task.

Monday to Friday 

10pm to 7am

$21.00

• On-demand pay ( can use up to 50% of net pay, before payday)
