Your Role
As the Dispatcher, you’ll be the operational hub — managing service calls in real time, dispatching technicians, analyzing ticket performance, and making sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage incoming HVAC and plumbing service calls in real time
• Dispatch technicians based on availability, proximity, and job priority
• Conduct post-call reviews with technicians on job performance and ticket details
• Provide field support, pricing guidance, and quick decision-making when needed
• Communicate with customers for scheduling, updates, and satisfaction follow-up
• Track job progress, materials used, and technician productivity metrics
• Collaborate with the office team for accurate billing and customer records
• Identify upsell opportunities and coach technicians to improve performance
• Maintain daily summaries and logs to measure success

What You’ll Need
• Prior experience in dispatching, service coordination, or call center operations (HVAC or plumbing preferred)
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Familiarity with plumbing or HVAC service terminology is a plus
• Comfortable using scheduling software and CRMs (ServiceTitan experience preferred)
• Team-focused mindset with a customer-first attitude
