Dispatcher

If you're passionate about customer service, innovation, and teamwork, join our leading mechanical contracting team. As a Dispatcher, you’ll support operations by scheduling and coordinating commercial and industrial HVAC, piping, plumbing, and controls service work. You’ll partner closely with technicians and account managers to ensure excellent service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· As a part of the call center for the company, Dispatchers are responsible for answering inbound calls.

· Serve as the primary contact for customers and technicians.

· Schedule service work, match technician skills to job needs, and manage daily work progress.

· Assist with contract scheduling, outstanding service finalization, and administrative tasks (POs, reporting, data entry).

· Create service requests and ensure timely information flow to technicians.

· Support the day-to-day operations of the Dispatch department.

· Various other assigned tasks to support business growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or GED.

· 1+ year of experience in a high-volume office and customer service environment.

· Proficiency with MS Outlook (scheduling/emailing).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in construction, call centers, or Salesforce.

· Some college education.
