Dispatcher

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job description:

Neese Heating & Air is seeking experienced HVAC dispatchers that understand and value customer service. We are looking to add high energy, dependable, organized, full time dispatchers. As a dispatcher, you would be responsible for maintaining the dispatch board/service technicians schedule, routing them based on location, answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, quoting and scheduling parts, running credits cards, etc.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Great organization
• Geographical knowledge of our service area for proper dispatching
• Dependable & having reliable transportation to work.
