Immediate responsiveness to customer orders via telephone, e-mail, & external websites.

Maintain accurate, defined, and timely communication with customers, vendors, terminals, logistics team, & Supervisors

Rate, schedule, and secure hauls based on customer contracts

Seek savings efficiencies to achieve goals

Develop and maintain understanding of all customer requirements, expectations, and processes

Completion of High School

Ability to use Microsoft Office programs MS Word, Excel, Outlook

Must posses outstanding customer service skills

Must be able to work in a team setting

Must be able to work independently, adhering to Logistics protocols

Willing to learn DOT rules and regulations
