Dispatcher 

Responsibilities:  

• Working to provide timely dispatching of designated calls to meet service level
  requirements


• Escalate issues appropriately to the Contact Center and/or Field Service Manager when
  required


• Assist in training and mentoring of representatives on dispatch requirements,
  determination, and processes


• Qualifications:

Qualifications: 

• Excellent communication skills for clear instructions to drivers, emergency personnel, and customers


• Ability to stay calm under pressure, especially during emergencies


• Multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple calls, routes, and schedules simultaneously


• Problem-solving abilities to determine the best course of action quickly 
  


• Geographical knowledge and map reading skills to direct personnel accurately


• Computer literacy for dispatch software and logging systems
