Dispatcher

POSITION:  Dispatcher
LOCATION: St. Louis, MO

Under appropriate supervision the employee will perform transportation responsibilities in local and all other transportation operations. Schedule is 3 on 3 off 5p-5a.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Operate and maintain equipment as required to transfer material to destination.


2. Interface with Shift lead and plant personnel in a professional manner.


3. Prepare and maintain all documentation relating to the movement of trailer and transfer of material.


4. Track loads for delivery times


5. Manage Breakdowns and communication with dispatch and customers.


6. Enter orders in TMW and po’s in TMT.


7. Transfer material to ensure reasonable care of the customer’s product.


8. Responsible for adhering to all ITS Policy and Procedure in addition to State and Federal Regulations.
