To continue delivering on this reputation, we are currently in search of an additional 2nd Shift Dispatcher to join our team. This position performs a variety of duties including dispatching tire service calls and assisting with billing per the following schedule: Thursday to Friday (1:00pm - 11:30pm) & Saturday to Sunday (10:00am - 8:30pm). Office experience is preferred, but we are more than willing to train the right candidate!

Job Responsibilities:

Answer calls and document importation information.
Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units.
Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system.
Use the phone or computer to direct crews and other field units to the appropriate sites.
Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.
Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedule.
Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation.
Additional tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail orientated
Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
Ability to work well with others
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Physical Demands:

Regularly lift, push, or move 10 pounds
Largely a sedentary role
Ability to talk ad hear in order to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and co-workers
Regular use of hands and arms in traditional office environment
