Your New Role

In this Dispatcher & Sales Support Specialist position, based in Bozeman, MT, you will:

• Manage and maintain the dispatch board, ensuring technicians stay on schedule.

• Keep customers updated on job progress and any scheduling changes.

• Review completed invoices, correct errors, and ensure proper documentation.

• Make outbound calls to follow up on estimates and unscheduled jobs to maximize revenue.

• Track service revenue goals and prioritize profitable job scheduling.

• Coordinate parts orders with vendors and keep technicians informed on deliveries.

• Support customer service reps by handling overflow calls and providing backup coverage.

• Assist with scheduling warranty paperwork, duct cleanings, and other service requests.

• Be part of an on-call rotation for extreme weather situations.

Must-Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of customer service experience

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Valid MT Driver’s License & clean driving record

• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM

Preferred:

• Experience in ServiceTitan and Google Suite

• Dispatching experience

• HVAC industry experience

Physical Demands & Work Conditions:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Frequent sitting, standing, and use of hands for computer tasks

• Occasional on-call duty for extreme weather situations
