Responsibilities:

1. Daily Route Planning and Optimization

Utilize Route Planning Software to analyze, adjust, and maximize daily service efficiency.

Identify, receive, and resolve driver issues regarding dispatch, ensuring problems are addressed effectively and efficiently; escalate to the Driver Supervisor only when necessary.

Review and analyze current route service patterns and volumes to identify optimization opportunities.

Make necessary adjustments to routes to ensure maximum truck/driver productivity.

Forecast and adjust routes as needed.

Send reports about available capacity to the office and relevant teams.

2. Route Monitoring and Documentation

Monitor the progress of drivers and route completion throughout the day.

Maintain accurate daily route logs, including: Start and end times for each route, Status of delivery completion

Analyze route data to make ongoing improvements for efficiency and service quality.

Address any route disruptions or delays promptly to minimize service interruptions.

Update drivers on changes to their routes throughout the day.

3. Dispatcher Job Responsibilities

Dispatch Toilet, PD, and Roll-off services.

Answer driver calls regarding any dispatch concerns, escalating issues to the Driver Supervisor as needed.

Oversee driver workflow and ensure timely service execution.

Monitor drivers to maintain on-time schedule services, escalating any issues to the Driver Supervisor.

Coordinate capacity with Sales to ensure customer service and delivery goals are met.

4. Customer Service and Guidance

Field and resolve customer inquiries regarding existing orders and available service options, ensuring that customer needs are met and issues are fully addressed.

Provide clear guidance to customers on setting up services to meet their needs.

Assist customers with delivery scheduling and problem resolution to ensure high satisfaction.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
