Dispatcher/ Order Taker

Do you thrive on keeping things organized and running smoothly? We’re looking for a Dispatcher to coordinate ready-mix deliveries, schedule orders, and make sure every job gets done on time. You’ll be the hub that keeps drivers, supervisors, and customers all connected.

What You’ll Do:

• Dispatch orders accurately using Sysdyne Concrete Go.
• Track production, deliveries, and schedules to keep everything running efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, supervisors, and customers.
• Handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and provide order info.
• Assist with scheduling production and driver assignments.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year dispatching experience
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word Outlook).
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
