Job Summary
Job Summary
Summary: Serves as the first point of contact for Visitors and Contractors and is very critical in delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service. When call volume is low, position will complete office clerical projects as assigned. Rotating shift. 7pm to 7am 3 days on; 3 days off; 4 days on, 4 days off.
Responsibilities:
Meets and greets visitors & service providers arriving and leaving the Engineering Department.
Answers questions and/or dispatches appropriate Engineering associates to handle concerns or rectify problems.
Monitors alarms and hospital critical operations equipment.
Escalates concerns and major events to managers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
6 months to one year previous office/clerical experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
