About the Role:

We are looking for a Dispatcher/Office Aid to join Air Butler Heating and Cooling, LLC in Powell, WY. This role will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service calls, as well as providing general office support. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Dispatch service technicians to customer locations

Assist with scheduling and coordinating service appointments

Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about services

Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
