Dutchess Cannabis of Plano, IL is looking to hire a Dispensary General Manager!

*Candidates will be required to complete a pre-assigned training period at a designated store within the IL market prior to commencing duties at your assigned location.
THE ROLE
The General Manager is responsible for the execution of retail store sales, operations and responsibilities, in order to deliver consistent, positive, industry leading customer experiences and drive profitable top line sales. This will be accomplished by ensuring that all responsibilities are executed with the underlying commitment to Ascend Wellness Holdings and its subsidiaries' values, supporting our customers and our team.
