D2 Dispensary - Eastside is looking for friendly and detail-oriented Inventory Associate!
Join our team as an Inventory Associate and play a hands-on role in keeping our dispensary running smoothly and in full compliance with state cannabis regulations. In this position, you’ll manage inventory from start to finish: receiving deliveries, auditing counts, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily store operations.
Receive and organize deliveries from vendors.
Enter products into the point-of-sale system with precision.
Audit and track inventory to meet state cannabis compliance requirements.
Package, label, and restock products to keep the sales floor organized and compliant.
Assist customers with purchases and process transactions accurately.
Verify patient allotments and submit sales using the AZDHS system.
Fulfill in-store and online orders quickly and accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dispensary environment.
Support team members and jump in where needed to ensure smooth operations.
A sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn state cannabis regulations and follow compliance procedures.
Comfort using point-of-sale systems and handling transactions.
A collaborative mindset and positive team spirit.
21+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
Able to pass a criminal background check.
Open availability (full-time: 35–40 hrs/week).
Able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
Previous retail, sales, or inventory experience is a plus — cannabis experience is even better!

You cannot work at D2 Dispensary or any state-licensed dispensary in Arizona if you have been convicted of an excluded felony offense as per A.R.S. § 36-2801. This is the definition of an excluded felony offense:
(a) A violent crime as defined in section 13-901.03, subsection B, that was classified as a felony in the jurisdiction where the person was convicted.
A.R.S. § 13-901.03 – B. For the purpose of this section, “violent crime” includes any criminal act that results in death or physical injury or any criminal use of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument.
(b) A violation of a state or federal controlled substance law that was classified as a felony in the jurisdiction where the person was convicted but does not include:
(i) An offense for which the sentence, including any term of probation, incarceration or supervised release, was completed ten or more years earlier.
(ii) An offense involving conduct that would be immune from arrest, prosecution, or penalty under section 36-2811 except that the conduct occurred before the effective date of this chapter or was prosecuted by an authority other than the state of Arizona.
