Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment.
• Educate customers about various cannabis products, including their uses and benefits.
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and Stiiizy products to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for cannabis culture and knowledge of cannabis products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Partnered with United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (UFCW United Food and Commercial Workers) who partners with cannabis workers, patients, consumers, community allies, elected officials, and business owners to help lead the development and stabilization of the emerging cannabis industry to help workers secure better wages, protection, and benefits.
