team as Disposition Agent. This is a commission-only role with strong earning potential

and room to grow into leadership.

We’re looking for coachable, confident candidates who are excited to help homeowners, close

deals, and thrive in a fast-paced, in-person sales environment. Ideal candidates live within

driving distance of Sherman, TX, are goal-oriented, and ready to work hard to earn six figures

and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

● Handle inbound leads and qualify motivated sellers

● Schedule and attend in-person property appointments

● Build rapport with sellers and uncover needs

● Present win-win solutions and negotiate purchase agreements

● Manage your pipeline in our CRM system (REsimpli)

● Document repair estimates and submit deal analysis to leadership

● Represent our brand in the community and at local networking events

What We’re Looking For:

● Strong communication and people skills

● Comfortable with in-person sales and negotiations

● Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

● Confident and professional presence in seller meetings

● Reliable transportation and clean driving record

● Local to Sherman, TX or within a 45-minute drive

Preferred but Not Required:

● Real estate or sales experience (especially in investments, home improvement, or

related industries)

● Familiarity with real estate contracts or lead management tools

Compensation:

● Commission-only structure

● First-year earnings estimated at $80,000+

● Top performers currently earning well over $100,000

● No earning cap – results determine your income
