Dissemination Specialist - (BLUESKY)

• Prepare and process intelligence products for movement across security domains in compliance with policy and security standards.
• Verify clearances and accesses of recipients prior to dissemination to individuals, organizations, and authorized sites.
• Manage the sending, posting, and tracking of intelligence products to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Log and report potential inadvertent security incidents; follow and maintain site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Generate, edit, and maintain intelligence product metadata in alignment with government-approved standards.
• Utilize government-specified tools, including the Document Dissemination Tool (DDT), CORE, PCN Database, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Perform cross-domain dissemination of products and associated material across approved networks.
• Register products into approved intelligence repositories to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

• Senior Level: Master’s degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 17 years relevant experience.
• Mid Level: Bachelor’s degree + 8 years relevant experience.
• Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Proven experience preparing, disseminating, and safeguarding intelligence products.
• Strong knowledge of metadata standards and intelligence product formatting.
• Experience with dissemination tools such as DDT, CORE, PCN Database, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to identify and log security incidents and follow SOPs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior experience supporting USCENTCOM or other Combatant Command operations.
• Familiarity with cross-domain dissemination tools, intelligence repositories, and security domain transfer procedures.
• Experience collaborating across military, intelligence, and interagency environments.
