We are currently looking for a Distribution & Inventory Lead to grow in the optical field and join our team at our site in Obetz, Ohio. This person will be the first point of contact for shipping, picking & inventory. This is an entry level leadership position where the ideal candidate will be an integral part in leading our associates and fostering teamwork. The successful candidate will strive in building a productive, motivated, and outstanding team!
The Obetz location offers a brand new and climate controlled facility with free daily meals and snacks! You’ll have the opportunity to move up in the organization based on performance reviews.

Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:30am - 6:30pm (must be available for overtime as needed, including weekdays)
Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00/hour + $1.50 shift dif. (based on applicable experience)
