Distribution Associate - Leading Industry Pay

Responsibilities/Job Duties for PICKER

60% Prepare orders by processing requests, placing orders in set build area for assembly. -
10% Process paperwork and confirm for all material as required. -
5% Perform and assist in performing physical inventories as required. -
10% Communicate effectively with management of any inventory or equipment issues. -
10% Assist as directed with special projects designed to improve the distribution processes. -
5% Other duties as assigned by operations management.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. -
Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing priorities and unforeseen events; excellent time management skills. -

Education and Training/Certification Required: -

High School diploma or equivalent. - 0 - 1 years within a logistics environment
Preferred: - Associates degree. - 1+ years within a logistics environment -
Experienced in SAP Related Work Experience
- Strong planning and organizational skill. -
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment. -
Excellent oral and written communication skills. -
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Overtime may be required at times.
