Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

SMS Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Coordinators to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. This role is essential in ensuring accurate documentation, inventory tracking, and smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Print, organize, and process inbound paperwork (purchase orders, transfers, etc.)
• Handle outbound documentation (sales orders, transfer orders, BOLs, packing lists)
• Investigate and resolve order release issues
• Perform inventory adjustments and location movement transactions
• Scan, file, and maintain electronic and paper records
• Update inventory statuses as needed
• Run and firm planned transfer orders
• Monitor emails and complete or delegate requests in a timely manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
• Basic math and computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Must be able to work around chemicals and follow safety guidelines
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company policies on attendance and performance
