distribution warehouse manager

We are looking for an experienced distribution manager, who will guarantee the seamless and effective operation of our distribution center. Your duties will encompass overseeing inventory, order processing, shipping, receiving, and staff supervision. This position demands a strategic mind with strong organizational and leadership abilities, along with the capability to refine processes, streamline workflows, and improve operational effectiveness. Summary:

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations: planning, organizing, directing, and managing activities.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
WMS and software tools for tracking and analysis.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Operate warehouse equipment and train associates on SOPs and leadership.

Manage administrative tasks and documentation.
Identify opportunities for safety and efficiency improvements.
Plan long-term initiatives, aligned with the company goals
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations management, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, arrange, lead, and oversee the daily activities within the warehouse. Create and execute plans to enhance efficiency, cut expenses, and boost output in operations.

Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS)
