Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) to join our team! We are a family-owned, family-operated, and family-focused organization. FCS is also a New Jersey Department of Education and Clinic and Agency, approved provider for district and clinic services. We provide services to public, private, and charter schools, including ABA, consultation and mental health support. Our staff take a collaborative approach by regularly partnering with the child study team members, teachers, guidance counselors, and administration to progress towards the best possible outcome for the school community. Position Overview: Role : Full-Time BCBA Location:
Concentrated School Districts in Northern NJ Region Time:
24/25 School Year
Primary Role : Coordinate with the instructional treatment team
Provide consultation within schools, collaborating with administrators, child study team members, teachers, and other school personnel
Participate in family meetings and conduct parent trainings
Offer interactive therapeutic solutions to address maladaptive behaviors
Conduct behavior analysis to develop functional, individualized behavioral programs
Provide direct training and supervision to the clinical support team
