We’re looking for a Sales Manager who leads by example — someone who’s closed thousands of deals across the kitchen table, knows the psychology of homeowners, and doesn’t flinch at the numbers. You’ve run the appointments, done the grind, and come out on top.

Who You Are:

• A high-performing in-home sales professional with at least 5+ years of consistent, documented success

• You’ve maintained a minimum 40% closing ratio on your personal deals and understand how to make it repeatable

• You’ve got a keen knowledge of the in-home sales process — not just the script, but the nuance

• You’re self-accountable, driven, and take full ownership of outcomes — good or bad

• You know that leadership starts with setting the example, not barking orders

• Experience building a sales team is a plus — but your deep understanding of the sales battlefield is what matters most

What You’ll Do:

• Step into a leadership role at one of the fastest-growing remodelers in the country — Champion Bath™

• Drive results by coaching, mentoring, and holding your team accountable

• Oversee performance metrics including closing ratios, lead flow, and sales volume

• Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding future sales rockstars

• Lead weekly strategy sessions and help reinforce a culture of discipline, excellence, and victory

• Protect the standard — we win the right way, every day

• Roll up your sleeves when necessary. Run appointments, show reps how it's done. Earn your leadership by example.
