Are you passionate about developing others and helping teams exceed their goals? Farmers Insurance District 40 is seeking a dedicated District Life Insurance Advisor to support agency owners and their staff in building high-performing life insurance operations.
In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor and hands-on coach, equipping agencies with the tools, training, and insights needed to grow their life insurance business. You’ll work directly with both agency principals and their teams to drive sales activity, improve customer conversations, and embed life insurance as a core part of every agency’s offering.

Partner with agency owners and their teams to develop and execute life insurance sales strategies
Deliver in-depth training on product knowledge, needs-based selling, and compliance
Coach agency staff on how to initiate and close life insurance conversations effectively
Track sales performance and provide data-driven insights to improve results
Facilitate workshops, one-on-one sessions, and field coaching to build confidence and skill
Identify opportunities to integrate life insurance into daily agency operations
Stay current on market trends, underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices
Serve as a trusted mentor, motivator, and resource for overcoming sales barriers
We’re looking for a life insurance advocate and business coach who thrives on helping others grow.
2+ years of experience in life insurance sales, training, or agency support
Proven track record of coaching or leading others to hit sales targets
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire
Analytical and strategic thinker who can use data to drive results
Self-motivated, organized, and skilled at managing multiple agency relationships
Active Life & Health license required; additional P&C license a plus
