Our District Managers are well organized, motivated individuals who team up with Operations Leadership to improve financial performance and customer service experience for all KO Storage facilities in their district. The District Manager is responsible for implementing and monitoring KO Storage’s policies and procedures as well as directing the activities of their assigned personnel to ensure satisfactory day-to-day operations of KO Storage.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, and on call during weekends.
Location: KO Storage Headquarters in Minnetonka, MN. Travel 25-50% of the time to assigned facilities.

A Day in the Life
Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage change.
Execute Monday through Friday communication with facility teams.
Monitor the physical condition of assigned facilities.
Manage repairs and maintenance needed at assigned facilities.
Collect bids and secure contracts for vendor services as needed.
Hire, train, develop, and supervise facility level employees.
Monitor and optimize the financial health of assigned facilities.
Review and approve all assigned hourly employee payroll weekly.
Conduct regular physical audits of assigned facilities to ensure brand standards.
Complete necessary audits during closing of new acquisitions.
Onboard new facilities that KO Storage purchases or partners with, including onboarding new facility level employees.
Requirements
Who You Are
At least 3-5 years of supervising experience.
Great attention to detail and pride in one’s work.
Enjoys travel.
Thrives in gritty work.
Able to deliver on time, every time.
Results-driven problem solver.
Communicates effectively, verbally and in writing.
Excels in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid drivers’ license, insurance, reliable transportation, and pass a motor vehicle report (MVR).
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
Requires regular travel, including possible overnight stays, throughout the assigned district.
