How You’ll Make a Difference
As a District Manager, you’ll lead multiple branches and the people who power them. You’ll set the standard for performance, safety, and service—helping each location run strong, grow responsibly, and take care of both customers and teammates. Your leadership will shape culture, strengthen teams, and drive results that matter.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and support branch managers to deliver strong performance, grow revenue, and meet P&L goals

  • Build capable teams through training, development, and hands-on leadership across operations, sales, and service

  • Champion safety, consistency, and customer-first service across all locations

  • Use data, field insights, and cross-functional partnerships to guide decisions and keep branches aligned and moving forward

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in multi-site or multi-unit operations, with a track record of developing strong teams within the equipment rental industry

  • Solid business acumen with experience managing budgets, driving revenue, and making sound decisions

  • A hands-on, people-first leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills

  • A willingness to travel regularly, stay connected to the field, and lead by example
