Our Orlando market is seeking a committed District Operations Manager to help shape operational success. In this role, you'll lead efforts to ensure smooth operations within our district, fostering collaboration to improve facility management quality.

Role Description

The District Operations Manager will oversee all Client relationships, manage a team of operations staff, and monitor on-site production within a Car Rental Operation(s) in our Orlando (MCO) Airport Location. This is a full-time role that requires the manager to be present on-site and oversee the day-to-day management of the facility. The District Operations Manager will ensure that EDS provides consistently exceptional service to its clients while maintaining proper operational standards. The primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Manage and supervise day-to-day operations in Orlando area location(s).
Hands-on involvement supporting subordinates to complete all tasks at location.
Deliver the highest quality of service and exceptional brand standards in maintaining, servicing and growing

existinglocation(s).
Ensure that Key Performance measurements meet or exceed budgeted goals and standards i.e., efficiency, net
income, labour hours, safety, etc.
Serve as Key Point of Contact for on-site client management including problem and issue resolution along with
identification of opportunities to expand the company’s business.
Monitor and manage scheduled labour hours against forecasts and adjust accordingly to achieve service delivery
and location(s) performance targets.
Understand and manage KPI’s for assigned location(s) focusing on the need to recruit, hire, train, motivate, and
manage large numbers of hourly associates to handle outsourced functions.
continually seeks opportunities for improvement, efficiency and business growth. Make recommendations and
implement best practices and procedures.

Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years experience in operations management with a proven track record in delivering excellent service to clients.
Ability to lead, organize, and motivate a team and effectively manage budgets.
Analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to drive process improvements.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, able to resolve customer service issues.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in different computer software with the ability to learn and adapt to our own internal systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid Driver's License
Authorized to work in the US
3 years of Management experience
Transportation industry experience
Compensation: $80k-$100k
