District Manager – Quick Service Restaurant Group

We’re looking for a District Manager to oversee multiple locations for a growing restaurant group. This role is hands-on, focused on leading General Managers, driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers

• Manage labor, food costs, and full P&L performance

• Ensure operational standards are met

• Conduct regular store visits and support teams

Ideal Background:

• 1+ years of multi-unit management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)

• Strong operational and financial skills

• Experience leading and developing teams

• Comfortable with regular travel between locations

• Franchise experience a plus
